Terrible. I will just quickly summarize what happened, 2016 Dodge Caravan was shown on website for SXT at $21,900. My husband called to make sure they had some on the lot as were were driving over an hour to this dealership, was told they are no longer having that special and after MANY hours of back and forth calling we finally find out they are going to honor it "because it was suppose to be changed but was not, but since it was still on the website we will do it" Made an appointment for 600 with a salesman, got there and said salesman had gone home and no one knew what was going on. They finally got a hold of the sales man and he said yes he agreed to the sales price. They put us with Andrew (?) I am guessing because we never got a business card. Who had some "manager" helping him due to him being new. He was a nice enough guy but the "manager" was a JERK to him, he was rude, condescending and seemed to be picking on him by threatening to "bust his knees if he didn't help us" We test drove one, liked it and decided if we could get enough on our trade we will do it. After dickering back and forth with the "top sales man there" (not Andrew) he offered us less than what the KBB said, which is NOT what the first sales man told us. He sent me the link and said figure your trade in as the middle with KBB (very fair) I was getting in the $11000 ball park and idiot manager got $9000. Scratch that deal. After he would not show us the options he was using to figure the trade in we finally looked at him and said if you can get this.....we will do it. So he brought it to his "manager" for 35 minutes (and was only standing 10 feet away. We almost just left (it is now 730 and we have over an hour drive home) He comes back and says yes lets do. Perfect right?? No now we are waiting over an hour and 15 minutes to sign the paperwork (with out anyone letting us know what is going on and no on in the salesroom with us) Go in to sign the paper work, find out we were the only buying a vehicle at that time and he just got the info to run with it about 15 minutes prior. SO what the heck happened to the first hour and 15? The person doing the financial end was very helpful and quick. It is now after 9 pm and Andrew our original sales man is attempting to get our license plates off our Dodge Journey and can not.There was one other person sitting in the sales floor and refused to help him. Our financial guy comes out and tells him there is a special tool to take them off (Jouneys only) and searched forever to find it. It is now 930 the plates are changed. We ask where is the 2nd key? Was told there is not a second key, we said YES this is a new vehicle and there is a 2nd key only to be told that its been super busy this week and must have gotten lost. then told they will be in contact. 2 weeks later and 30 phone calls of no one knowing what is going on I finally get the call that there is a key there for us but i needed to drive back to Manitowoc to get it programmed. On our way home that night I couldn't help but notice how DIRTY the interior was, the inside windshield was spotted with water as though someone spritzed it with water and never wiped it down and you could still read the numbers from a sticker on the front , the back driver side window that had the paper taped to it still had chunks of adhesive stuck to the window. So in summary?? Will I ever suggest your dealership, NO. I love the van, but not the money I have had to spend to get it cleaned and the gas to run back to Manitowoc and I do hope you take the time to get your salesforce better trained to deal with customers More

We left feeling very happy and satisfied with their service as well as our beautiful brand new van. More

Ok service, could have been better The body work done on my '14 Ram 1500 was great but the time line wasn't. It took over a month to get in and my truck wasn't ready when promised. Sorry seems like a very nice guy it was fun to work with and it's not his fault he was so overwhelmed More

I have bought several vehicles here and have always had my oil changed here. I may have to rethink my vehicle service. The service person also wrote the wrong mileage both on the service report and on the window sticker. He wrote 82,800 instead of 28,800. More
Stops on a dime! I called the service department and they arranged time for me to bring my van in the next day. Immediately upon arrival I took a test drive with Chuck I called the service department and they arranged time for me to bring my van in the next day. Immediately upon arrival I took a test drive with Chuck, the best service rep. We experienced the wobble in the front tires/area. They kept the van for the day and called me within two hours with a solution. The next day before noon my vehicle had new brake pads and rotors on all four corners. Excellent experience. I only wish they could bring their costs down just a little. They provide the best service, but also a higher price. (I will accept that at any establishment. More
