Disaster Couldn't order the vehicle I wanted because they didn't know it existed. When I did educate them they ordered the wrong one. Had to reorder. When it did come in 4WD didn't work from factory but they didn't determine that for two days after discovery when I went to pick it up. Didn't have part so they had to come 50+ miles to get vehicle. Didn't communicate that the keys were at dealership for them to pick up vehicle and they came without them. Had to leave work to give them my keys. People were very friendly and accommodating but I had to make way to many 100 mile round trips for nothing. Very poor communications within organization and with me on status of order. More

Crooked Dealer Last August my husband and I came in to look at a minivan we found online that met our specs. We were 8 months pregnant with twins and had a 2 year o Last August my husband and I came in to look at a minivan we found online that met our specs. We were 8 months pregnant with twins and had a 2 year old still in a car seat so we were limited on our time and options. The van we were sold, we knew was a manufacturer buy back. However, we were assured that the problem was rectified. However, about 6 months later, the van started experiencing the same problems that were listed in the vehicle history. We still had a warranty so we took it to our dealer in Shawano, WI. They were unwilling to work on the van due to it being a manufacturer buy back and the only way to fix it was to travel the 1.5 hours to Manitowoc every time we needed service. The Manitowoc Dealer was able to take the van for about a month and a half giving us a rental. They were unable to duplicate the problem. A few months later, it happened again. We called the dealer stating we needed to get another vehicle because we have 3 small children and I travel with them myself often. They did take it back in trade and set us up with another used vehicle. We were assured this vehicle had a clean history. They also delivered it to us as it was not ready when we gave them a 3 day notice that we were traveling the 3 hour round trip with our 3 small children. With the new vehicle I noticed that there was something wrong with the headlights. I took it to our dealer and they informed us that it was in an accident, where the bright headlights and the regular headlights wires were switched, and was used as a rental vehicle. We were not made aware of that information. Then a few weeks later, the vehicle shut off while backing out of our garage leaving the check engine light on. I traveled again to Manitowoc to get it repaired. I did get a rental car and they did deliver it back to me. We found that the rental car, which they pulled off the used car lot, had about a 10 mph difference between the digital and dial gage. Also, the DVD compartments were broken. I feel that the dealer does a very poor job ensuring their vehicles are ready for sale. I will never return to that dealer nor will I recommend it to anyone. More

Great Salesperson, Management not the greatest Traveled almost 2 hours to look at a Jeep. They were the closest dealer with the Jeep I was interested in. I ended up driving the Jeep and loved it but decided against it for financial reasons. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Very easy to get along with. So I decided to look at another Jeep at First Chrysler, one more affordable. I drove the Jeep and was given the interest rate and terms. I agreed. A long wait later was told it might be difficult to get me in the one i wanted and to look at a newer one. Long story short I ended up with an expensive Jeep I really don't care for. Payments $50.00 over my budget. Salesperson was excellent and the financing department did a good job to get me approved. Just too much pressure from management to unload a vehicle with out giving the buyer time to make a good decision. Now I am stuck with a vehicle I just don't care for. More
