Out of Town Service Stop I drove from Arizona to Manitowoc, Wisconsin to see my father and help move his property while he moved into the Heath & Rehab Center. After being there a week, I needed an oil change, filter , and lube for my truck. The service center rep got me in that day and I waited for my truck. The rep came in with the truck air filter, showed it to me, and ask if I wanted it replaced. One look and I said of course since it was almost black. A short while later she said the serpentine belt was checked and cracked. To me that explained the squeaking I had been hearing the last few days so I gave the OK. The whole service stop was less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable. I really appreciated the service, professionalism, and friendly staff at First Chrysler. They have great technicians that insure your vehicle is road-worthy before it leave their shop and comfortable waiting area with coffee and other refreshment to make your wait easy. More

I brought it to them and they said they noticed nothing wrong with the way it shifted. I asked them if I brought it to a mechanic and he said the transmission was going if they would go good for it. He in a very arrogant way says we have ase certified mechanics. Wow must be only ones in the entire United States? On top of all this they offered me 90 day 3,000 mile warranty when i was there but then tried to change it to a 36,000 mile warranty for $1,900 (I had to go back the next day to get the van) and than said theres no record of a 90 day warranty even though there was 4 people that witnessed it being offered. Stay far away. They also never returned my calls about the vehicle when I started to notice the problem. whether the transmission makes it 1 mile or 100,000 miles from now never again just on the attitude of all employees. Real nice when trying to sell you a vehicle tough deal once you've got it (I want to say they knew about it when they sold it this I can't prove though) I put some Lucas oil transmission stop slip In it and right away that helped. I would recommend that stuff. More

Only one little mistake happened: I realized only at the end if the purchasing process that the used car I purchased doesn't qualify for the 3 months/1000 miles warranty, so I had to go for a better and more expensive one.
