They promise the car for end of Thursday and did not offered me a loaner ( I left the car on Monday) I go Good work but communication failed too much. They also charged me 21.00 for air conditioner and they said there wasi an issue in the air conditioner that prevented they to re-charge. Now I had to find someone to fix the air conditioner that was working when I left the car there. I am not saying they broke the ac but I was not expecting the charge and I expected they advise me the issue and Offer to review the issue before I received the car. More

Above and beyond service! I had taken my Dodge Journey to a Dodge dealership in my own town, as I live 3 hours from Manitowoc, and they couldn't fix my car after 7 times of hav I had taken my Dodge Journey to a Dodge dealership in my own town, as I live 3 hours from Manitowoc, and they couldn't fix my car after 7 times of having it over a period from November of 2016 to April 2018. I bought my car from VanHorn and I decided to call ajd see if they could help me. They gladly accepted the offer to look at it to see what they could do. I brought it to them on a Saturday and they sent me with a loaner. They got my car in on the following Tuesday and had it done by Thursday. They met me halfway to swap on my time. When I looked at the summary they definitely took care of everything thoroughly and I am beyond grateful for a fixed car after months of trial and error elsewhere. They went above and beyond and that is great customer service! Thank you sooooo much! More

Awesome service I arrive at the dealer for a quick oil change at 4:15 pm one afternoon. Since my Jeep is diesel, I was told an oil change is an hour.
