Was looking for a specific vehicle on Carmax. Found the one I bought at Van Horn. Robert, my salesman was awesome. I didn't make it easy for him. His patients and intuition on the sales process was great. I drug my feet for a couple weeks. Lucky for me, the price was lowered during that time. But I still thought it could come down more. And made a very reasonable final offer that was excepted. The dealership is over 1000 miles away from me. Got my loan from my credit union and started the paperwork online. Only had 1 form I had to make a hard copy of the sign. Robert assisted on whole process from start to finish. I set up a shipper to pick up the vehicle after everything was finalized. Only had a couple small issues throughout. One was with the fund transfer, which was handled. The other was getting the out of state registration done. With this dealership, I had to send them the paperwork to do. Wasn't a big issue, but I think if you list vehicles online, you should know states requirements for licenses and registration. I'd still say this was a great process. Thank you Robert for going above and beyond for this sale. More
