I had a great experience in dealing with Dennis and the whole group at the dealership. It was painless and I got a great dealon the vehicle I wanted. I would recomend them to anyone looking to buy a new or whole group at the dealership. It was painless and I got a great dealon the vehicle I wanted. Buying Kelly's Equinox was a pleasure at Joe Van Horn. Noel was a great help, he assisted in cleaning out our trade in, getting the Equinox ready to take home that same day..... Very nice experience. Noel was very informative. The appearance of the meeting areas needed some definite attention. The price was within our budget. They are the most dishonest group of people that I have ever dealt with. They will take myou for a ride and charge you through the nose. They recommend and make unnecessary repairs charge you for more hour ever dealt with. They will take myou for a ride and charge you through the nose. They recommend and make unnecessary repairs charge you for more hours of labor then they actually did. And most of the people are very rude when you question why there are charges on your bill that should not be. More
Bought a Malibu that I saw on auto trader. I called first to ask some question about the car and the salesman was very nice. I came in, the price was just like the internets price. They knocked a little off to ask some question about the car and the salesman was very nice. I came in, the price was just like the internets price. They knocked a little off and I bought it. I live in Ply so the free carwashes save me 20 bucks a month also. More

Not much to the experience. Found a vehicle on line with a price where I wanted it. The vehicle was there in very good condition. There was no hassling I took the vehicle for a test drive looked it over tho a price where I wanted it. The vehicle was there in very good condition. There was no hassling I took the vehicle for a test drive looked it over thouroughly saleman did not have much to say about it. Did not even try to tell me these things move quick and there were other people looking at it to boost the sale. Made an offer on the vehicle directly to the person who makes the final say on the sale. They only pushed back for very little over my offer, Overall a pleasant experience on a good vehicle. More

The specific car that had drawn my attention, at a price listed on the web, was priced differently on the lot, but they had another one "in my price range". I note that I was not offered any of these other offered cars, nor did I see prices that matched those I saw on line. The Chevy Uplander they countered with seemed OK so I made an offer. The offer was accepted and the paper work was drawn up. Problem was they added "fees" to the price. Fees that where specifically not a part of my offer. The woman (don't remember her name, sorry) said she could not wave the fees but that they where "legal". She had to get her manager. That was Charles. Glowered at me, and rude. When I declined the fee he said "everybody pays it" and that if I didn't I could take back my keys and get out. Really a small number of dollars and had they counter offered before accepting my offer I probably would have agreed. Still, by that time Charles had accused me of "stealing the car at that price" and stalked off. I left with a bad taste for Joe Van Horn Chevrolet and I am now deeply suspicious of their business practices. I also note that with the current issue of which Executive has killed GM (at wholesale) I think that these practices are the retail side and are the death by a thousand cuts. I wanted (and still do) to put my money on an American vehicle. Hard to do with this kind of "dealer" representative. More
