I have looked at two used vehicles at Van Horn's. Both had been purchased at auction. Both were priced well, a 2008 Suburban and a 2008 Denali. They would never have volunteered this information if I had not required seeing it before proceeding with any further discussions. I would not trust this dealership in purchasing any used vehicle from them. More

We found a Buick Enclave with all the features we wanted through Autotrader online. We called and spoke to Jason who gave us more details on the car and faxed us the AutoTracker report. We made the two-hour drive up from Chicago's northern suburbs and test drove the car. Loved it. After virtually no negotiations, we had a deal. Very painless. Jason was very knowledgeable about the car's features and had a great, no pressure approach. Definitely one of the least stressful car purchases for me. We had secured a loan through our bank, but the dealer was able to beat our very low rate. Mark, who handled the financing, carefully explained the warranty options (something we typically would have just ignored, but his no pressure, matter of fact approach made it worth listening to). Love my new car and loved the purchasing experience. I just hope whoever owns my traded in Sequoia loves it as much as I did. It was a great car for us for many years. I called to get financing pre-approved because of my poor credit. Jason walked me through what I needed to do. When I got to the dealership, everything went very smooth. Noel Janke and the staff at Van Horn went out of there way to accomidate us in every way possible. We told them exactly what type of vehicle we were looking for, how much we needed for a trade in for our way to accomidate us in every way possible. After a bit of negotiation, the've met and exceded all our request. Drove off the lot the same afternoon. This is our 3rd vehicle we bought from Van Horn, they will have our continued business.
