Carl helped us find our new family car. We were very indecive as my husband and I had different ideas for our new car. It literally took us months before we finally agreed on the 2010 Equinox. I have looked at two used vehicles at Van Horn's. Both had been purchased at auction. Both were priced well, a 2008 Suburban and a 2008 Denali. What went undisclosed until I required they provide the Car Fax document was that one of the vehicles had been damaged and repaired from an accident and the second was a "lemon Law" car that had been repurchased by GM. They would never have volunteered this information if I had not required seeing it before proceeding with any further discussions. I would not trust this dealership in purchasing any used vehicle from them. More

We made the two-hour drive up from Chicago's northern suburbs and test drove the car. Loved it. After virtually no negotiations, we had a deal. Very painless. Jason was very knowledgeable about the car's features and had a great, no pressure approach. Definitely one of the least stressful car purchases for me. We had secured a loan through our bank, but the dealer was able to beat our very low rate. Mark, who handled the financing, carefully explained the warranty options (something we typically would have just ignored, but his no pressure, matter of fact approach made it worth listening to). Love my new car and loved the purchasing experience. I just hope whoever owns my traded in Sequoia loves it as much as I did. It was a great car for us for many years. We told them exactly what type of vehicle we were looking for, how much we needed for a trade in for our way to accomidate us in every way possible.
