Two small issues: The night we decided to purchase the car, we had to wait for about 45 minutes in the lounge with two tired and impatient toddlers until the finance employee was available. I realize staffing isn't probably 100% on Monday nights, but it would've been nice if an alternative employee was available for 10 minutes to sign our paperwork and get us out the door. Next issue: The dealer website photos showed both driver's side and passenger side floor mats, but when we purchased the van only the passenger side mat was included. The dealer was unable to find out where the missing mat went, so I will be forced to go on Ebay to try to find another mat. More
