I was looking to purchase New 2014 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab and decided to complete this task within 24 hours so in that time frame I visited 5 dealership in area. I am not saying the other dealer ships were not help full but I did feel pressure from some to purchase and at one I had to wait up to 2.5 hours to get my truck appraised and get a final number on the cost of a New Truck. After all this I decided to purchase New 2014 Chevrolet Crew Cab from Van Horn Chevrolet, they gave me a fair trade in for my use Chevrolet Crew Cab and the bottom line least out of pocket cost for the New Truck purchase along with getting the truck I wanted. I found the truck I was looking for on the internet. I called them, they answered all my questions. Drove up the next day to look at the truck, they had the truck inside because it was 10 out. A week after she brought it home she took it back to the dealer for repairs once she started having problems and was told they could not do anything for her. She's now gone to a local dealer who has been wonderful but has been there for repairs at least 4 times. (Twice having to be towed.) She's now gotten a copy of the Carfax and found out it had structural damage whereas both front and rear airbags were deployed. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!! More

Jason went the extra mile to provide the options I required including the unusual request for a three camera system to view not only the rear but additional cameras on both sides of the Suburban for blind spots. This was a very important purchase for Cathy and myself and our upcoming retirement plans. Jason listened to our plans and made sure this purchase fit into our plans for the future. We have one more purchase in our retirement plan and will be contacting Jason at Van Horm next year to work on the next Chevy for to fit my wife Cathy's needs. More
