Seem like the warranty got worst as the sale progressed in the process. will have to call Cadillac Representative for proper explanation of all the coverage. The so call 1 year maintenance plan the dealer gives really boils down to only 3 oil changes...nothing else. The first sales representative I talked was very poor, fortunately for me, the sales representative that I did work with when I went to look at the vehicle was Excellent, He took the time to answer my questions and prepared the vehicle for delivery superbly. Upon delivery he explained all the features of the vehicle and walked me through each step with expertise. Was also satisfied with General Sales Manager...Rodney Steffen. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Van Horn Chevrolet, ask for Sawyer Schmidtman, He is the sales representative that I give the highest praise to. WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. He also LIED and said he called me and left me a voicemail. I received no call. I will always and forever tell people about this dealership and how they basically completely screwed me over. Thank goodness I called TWICE before I made the almost 2 hour long drive to a place that should get no ones business. Shame the Matt, the man who barely dealt with me.
