Awesome Dealership - 2nd Car from Them This dealership, in a nutshell is great. I've dealt with other dealerships in the Fox Valley / Green Bay area, and they simply do not compare. Van This dealership, in a nutshell is great. I've dealt with other dealerships in the Fox Valley / Green Bay area, and they simply do not compare. Van Horn Chevy is not like other dealerships. They're persistent yes, but they're not so persistent that it gets out of control. They work with you on financing. I worked with Jason in finance. He was actually the salesman when we bought our first vehicle from them, so it was nice to see a familiar face, and work with him again. Jason have EVERYTHING worked out ahead of time and was able to save us a ton of time. We walked into the dealership on Saturday morning at 9:45 and were out of there with our new vehicle by 11:10. This WILL NOT happen for everyone, but the point that I'm trying to make is that Van Horn goes out of their way to make the car buying experience a more pleasurable one than it typically is with other places. I would recommend these guys to anyone! More

Jefar made the experience comfortable, respectful and easy. I purchased a car several years ago from this dealer and was, at that time, impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff at this company. As a female who purchases her own vehicles with minimum involvement from my husband, I found the test drives, negotiations and final sale to be very comfortable. Discussions were clear, negotiation was respectful and non-intimidating. Jefar was knowledgeable about the 3 cars I considered and was willing to honestly discuss xxxxxxand con's to each of my questions. The deal felt was straightforward and fair. More
They really care about customer service I bought a 2014 Buick Verano about a month ago. It was a dealer buyback (aka lemon) so it was discounted quite a bit, but they were very up-front abou I bought a 2014 Buick Verano about a month ago. It was a dealer buyback (aka lemon) so it was discounted quite a bit, but they were very up-front about it and showed me all the required paperwork. Things that stuck out while I was there/afterwards: 1. While waiting for the sales rep to put gas in the car (contrary to anothe review I read, they did do this for me) and "get it ready" after I had agreed to buy it, I overheard a conversation between another sales rep and a sales manager where the manager essentially said "I know you didn't mean to say it like that, but what you said came out wrong and it's not OK. It gave the wrong impression. Even if the customer says they aren't going to buy a car from us, you need to give them great service." 2. This was my first dealer experience, and I didn't realize I couldn't put the entire purchase on my credit cards (Van Horn has a limit) and I also didn't know my debit card had a limit (I never use it). So I didn't have my checkbook and had to split up my down payment across 3 of my cards and a friend's card (yeah, nice friend, those are good to have). 3. Two weeks after buying the car, I noticed a screw and a nail in one of my tires. I had filled up all my tires with air, then noticed one of them drop 6-7 PSI the next day, which I thought was strange. But then the tire stopped losing air, so things seemed fine. This leads me to believe that the puncture happened recently before or after filling up with air (AKA not at the dealer). I decided to reach out anyways and ask if they check tires for punctures, and they said they check when they get the cars, but they couldn't guarantee nothing happened after that. So they OFFERED (I didn't even ask) to pay for half of my new tire. All in all, they really proved that they care about customer service. That's the most important thing I consider when looking to buy at a dealership. At the end of the day, a car is a car. But you need to be able to trust the people you're buying from. And I think Van Horn delivers on that front. More

Love the Tires for Life I do not like the process of purchasing a vehicle normally and prefer to let my husband take care of the job. However, he was out of town and we needed to make a purchase before he was to arrive home. Jafar at VanHorn took the time to explain the benefits of one vehicle over another based on my need and lifestyle and I ended up buying a totally different vehicle than I came for but love a lot! Thank you to the whole team for being patient with all of my questions! More

Kevin was friendly and authentic with a good sense of humor. He followed up after the sale to make sure the car was everything we expected. The dealership helped us to finance at 4.125 % when our credit union could only go to as low as 4.5%, saving us a few extra dollars. I love my FIAT and, buying a car is always a bit stressful, this one was about as good as it gets. Shortly after buying my FIAT, I struck a deer (respect to the FIAT safety engineering - no injuries and the little car took the hit like a champ!) and it was back to Van Horn. A big shout out to Bruce the Body Shop Manager, who also has given me great customer service and is making sure my car is not just restored, but done right! I have had an overall excellent experience with this dealership. More
