Awsome experience Really nice dealership with a lot of options for vehicles and my sales guy was cool always made sure I wasn't thirsty and kept me updated on the proce Really nice dealership with a lot of options for vehicles and my sales guy was cool always made sure I wasn't thirsty and kept me updated on the process of my paperwork. When I buy a car I usually feel like I'm getting the run around, I didn't feel that way here. Overall very nice dealership. I guess the only thing I didn't like about van horn specifically was that they sell lemon law vehicles it's not that they don't tell you about it I think it's just that people are not properly informed that they will loose tons of money on them when wanting to trade them in anywhere but a van horn dealer... This is how you get hooked in to comming back More

Malibu I really liked working with Jafar...He had remembered a lot about my husband and I from the first time we were there over a year ago. Fast , Friendly, Fantastic! I ran across Van Horn Chevy by chance doing some internet searches. Reached out with some questions and got responses almost immediately (and 1.5 hou I ran across Van Horn Chevy by chance doing some internet searches. Reached out with some questions and got responses almost immediately (and 1.5 hours before they even opened). Was able to put a deal together over the phone quickly and start the 400 mile drive to pickup the car. The car was ready to go when I arrived, got the paperwork squared away and was back on the road heading home very quickly. The staff was great to work with and very friendly. I would definitely consider Van Horn again in the future! More
