Best xxxx service I ever encountered! I needed a minivan right away because my current vehicle was considered a total loss and the finance company wanted to pick it up the same day they to I needed a minivan right away because my current vehicle was considered a total loss and the finance company wanted to pick it up the same day they told me it was a total loss! So I was very upset at the fact that I needed to get another vehicle real soon! So I went to the same dealership that I leased the minivan from and they couldn't help me so I looked up one of their affiliates and there I was at Van Horn in Plymouth, WI. All I can say is that they gave me the best service ever! Very friendly, no run arounds! The same day I came in was the same day I left with a new vehicle! Thanks! More

When I buy a car I usually feel like I'm getting the run around, I didn't feel that way here. Overall very nice dealership. I guess the only thing I didn't like about van horn specifically was that they sell lemon law vehicles it's not that they don't tell you about it I think it's just that people are not properly informed that they will loose tons of money on them when wanting to trade them in anywhere but a van horn dealer...
