My only suggestion is to look for a new sales model. The old "Back and forth" with the manager thing is getting to be real old. I've been buying cars (153) for 50 years and it's always the same. I just smile. My suggestion is to empower each sales consultant to operate within a specific $.$$ limit. Get the job done quicker and less hassle for the customer.
