GM Repurchase Program I called about a 2015 Impala with low miles and drove 60 miles to test drive with my wife. Only after the test drive did she mention the car was part of the GM Repurchase program and explained the issue was fixed by GM and inspected by Van Horn. What they don't mention for obvious reasons is the vehicle was returned because of the Lemon Law. I did not have time to read dealer reviews that day and should have because I had never heard of this from a car dealer. They need to be up front with this Information as AutoCheck shows the vehicle with only one owner. Get a CarFax and look at the title before you move forward. Have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic you trust. Do your homework and just be aware they do things differently. I do love the new vehicle purchased from Van Horn and that may have been my problem in the first place. The issue with the car was vibrating in the tires and it appears it was fixed as my mechanic gave it a clean bill of health. They did get the car ready and financing quickly which was great and hopefully they never have to hear from me again unless it's to buy another car. This could be the best or worst decision I've made when it comes to buying a vehicle. More

I'm not quite sure where to start. I was recently looking at a new vehicle, spent some time emailing a few different dealerships, and found a few cars I was interested in. Of the five o I was recently looking at a new vehicle, spent some time emailing a few different dealerships, and found a few cars I was interested in. Of the five or so dealerships, only two of them responded to my emails in a relatively timely manner, and Van Horn was almost instantaneous. From the first email, to the time I drove off the lot, they were beyond accommodating. Kellyn was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, told us what we needed to know without being repetative or mundane. The (used) vehicle was in absolute pristine condition, I legitimately thought it was brand new. We were always greeted with a smile and every question I had was answered with confidence. They weren't pushy or try to rush things, but at the same time, they didn't waste my time, which is the most important aspect of the whole experience. I will be recommending Van Horn to anybody I know looking for a vehicle, used or new. It might have been a bit of a drive, but I won't hesitate to drive back the next time I am looking for a vehicle. I was also not pleased that they attempted financing through 2 other places than the place I already had my pre-approval from. Not a huge ding on the credit score but that isn't the point. Hard inquiry is a hard inquiry. I've still been waiting a week for them to schedule the recall service that is due (minor issue). I would buy again. More
