They stayed about two hours late for me! I initially came to them because their prices are on the lower end of the spectrum and they offer oil changes for life. I let them know what I was looking for about a month back and sales rep Jafar kept in contact with me. It was his vehicle suggestion that I eventually went with. They sent a driver to Manitowoc to bring the car that I was interested in to Plymouth. Customer service was top notch :) I have three small caveats that keep this from being a 5 star review. The first is that like any dealership they push hard for you to purchase additional warranties and services. The second is that when we were going over the paperwork at the end I noticed that the final price didn't have the web discount that I'd mentioned when I came in (if you inquire on their website then a lower price will be quoted). The paperwork was quickly revised for me when I pointed this out. To give them the benefit of the doubt it was several hours later and at the very end of the day. It is however a very good idea to read your paperwork carefully. The third is that their document fee is $379 which is on the higher end for Wisconsin (per Edwards' website). I think that this is why they can get away with pricing their vehicles as low as they do. However the fee is clearly listed on their website and like I said the vehicles are priced very competitively so I didn't mind the higher fee. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again :) More

Terrible Experience - complete and outright liars I found a used dodge caravan on craigslist being offered by Van Horn in Plymouth. Dodge Caravan SXT, gray exterior, with only 17 miles on it being off I found a used dodge caravan on craigslist being offered by Van Horn in Plymouth. Dodge Caravan SXT, gray exterior, with only 17 miles on it being offered for $21,500. From what I see this vehicle might still be available as of 8/3/2017. I thought it sounded like a fair deal. Communicated via email and on the phone with Brock Walsh and specifically asked about the condition and was told the vehicle was perfect, no problems, no damage. We were driving from Sturgeon Bay to Plymouth (80 miles 1 way) so I wanted to make sure the vehicle was being represented correctly. They specifically stated the vehicle was perfect and at no time, did they disclose the vehicle was damaged. We decided to drive to Plymouth. Ended up meeting with a junior sales associate (not that I care who I met with since the car was the reason we were going, not the sales person). She immediately presented us with a damage report where the vehicle was damaged being unloaded from the delivery truck and then repaired (se we thought). Upon further inspection the passengers side of the car looked good (where the damage occurred), however, the rear tailgate and bumper still had very visibly dents. Likely at least another $2k in damage. There is no explanation or way that when this vehicle was detailed, that this damage to the rear was not observed. Why couldn't they just be honest about the repaired and unrepaired damage so we could make an informed decision? I still feel like suing them misrepresentation to at least get the gas money back we spent wasting time driving to this dealership. DON'T GO, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. We ended up purchasing a used dodge caravan from Sheboygan Auto Group. They were extremely honest and the salesman went out of his way to ensure we were aware of any issues with the van. The way ALL dealerships should be. I just can't understand how dealerships like Van Horn in Plymouth remain in business. More

I truly wanted to do business with him, but it was upper management , Justin Simmons, who didn't seem to understand our needs and wasn't willing to work with us and actually ended up making the whole process very stressful. Because of Justin, I ultimately went to a competitor to lease my new car. But again, I want to stress that Jafar was awesome to work with and I felt bad that I couldn't lease my car from him. He didn't make me feel pressured and listened to me while I just didn't get that from Justin, nor did my husband, and why we had to walk away and go elsewhere. More

Bryan was a true professional and answered any and all questions that I had. I received a very fair quote on my trade-in and purchased the car. I was able to obtain financing through Van Horn and leave with the car the same day. Kudos to Bryan and Bob (finance guy) for helping me out. More
