Hooked on Van Horn, Hooked on GM/Chevy Our previous purchase was our very first purchase EVER of a GM/Chevy product. This time around we just had things we didn't like about the Volt/Hybrid Our previous purchase was our very first purchase EVER of a GM/Chevy product. This time around we just had things we didn't like about the Volt/Hybrid experience, though it was a very nice car. I rolled in for some maintenance. We had a loan and only had the car a year. However, my wife and I thought, "Why not at least ask the world's best car salesman, Jorren DeMaster, if we had any options." We were thinking, "No!" but were surprised to learn that we did have some options. It is never ideal to roll a loan over into your next purchase, but things actually worked out. With the superb help of Jorren and the kindness of his higher ups, we eventually drove away in a brand new, 2018 Cruze, and we absolutely LOVE it. It is more basic in some ways, than the Volt. Yet, it is brand new, and since some features are now standard with Chevy cars, we have a few more features than the Volt. We DO miss the Bose sound system, but overall we love the car. I can't say enough about this dealership. We are hooked on Chevy vehicles (they do a wonderful job as a car manufacturer to help you with your vehicle experience), and hooked on Van Horn. There really is no reason to visit any other dealership. They will bend over backwards for you and are ALWAYS polite, from front desk and on through the experience. Go see Jorren DeMaster! More
