We bought vehicles from Van Horn many many years ago. Then we started not having good experiences with them so we went elsewhere. With non of the garbage that we are use to he found us what we where looking for and at a price we wanted to spend. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. I decided to look for a new truck. Visited many dealers and of different brands. Amazing how people don't want to sell vehicles and never got back to us. I stopped in at Van Horns one evening unannounced where I found Bryan with another client. No problem I would just wait. Then a gentleman I believe he is there finance guy ask me what I was looking for. He told me Bryan would be free in 10 minutes or so but then started to search for what I was looking for. He found exactly what I was looking for. Then the gentleman sitting next to him who was in this conversation asked if I had my truck I was going to trade here which I did. He went out and gave me a trade price for it right away no games. I think that was the fastest purchase of a truck I ever made. Thank you for now having great customer service and no games selling. I Came In From Out Of State I found a beautiful nearly new Cadillac CTS on line. I worked out a price in advance and made the 5 hour trip over to see the car. Kellyn did a great job - and was very responsive through the whole process. I was a little disappointed with my trade in value - but maybe that was more a factor of my emotional connection to the old car and my limited amount of time to do the deal in advance of heading to FL for the winter. Warranty Work I had water leaking in when it rains leaving puddles of water on the floor. Made appointment to get it looked at. They found out that windshield seals I had water leaking in when it rains leaving puddles of water on the floor. Made appointment to get it looked at. They found out that windshield seals were bad and fixed it. Also found that the bed cover drain tubes went into the back vents of the cab. They replaced the vents and made the drain tubes go straight down to the ground. They also replaced the floor carpet. The Service Department did a great job taking care of my issue. More

The entire team there is fantastic, everyone was i I brought my 2017 Subaru Legacy into the Van Horn Chevy body shop to be repaired after an accident. The entire team there is fantastic, everyone was incredibly accomadating and they even delivered my vehicle to my place of employment when it was completed.
