SOLID 5 STARS! I worked with Kellyn and her awesome TEAM at Van Horn Chevrolet of Plymouth when trading in my vehicle in for a lower mile used vehicle this weekend. Because of my work, I burn through cars in 2-3 years because I drive so much. I've been to the "Used Car Rodeo" so many times, that I though I'd know exactly what to expect. I was refreshingly completely incorrect for the first time ever. The vehicle cost was very competitive. The value of my trade in was fair. The financing was very competitive. I was advised of additional warranties and services, but no one tried to pressure me into anything that wouldn't be in my best interest. The entire process of purchasing a car that I found online took as long as my test drive. These folks definitely have their act together.
