Went in after looking at the website and knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. Test drove a minivan which I liked and gave the salesman my offer (which was a below value of the car offer) wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. Test drove a minivan which I liked and gave the salesman my offer (which was a below value of the car offer) just to see what he would say, he made that offer work and I had a new minivan within an hour from going to the property. He didn't haggle with me just checked with his boss who okayed my low ball first offer. Either I got lucky and they just wanted the sale or the fact that I was paying cash made them want to deal either way I got a solid vehicle for below the value of it. They got the paperwork done quickly and from the time I stepped on the lot to the time I got the van was less then 2 hours, fasted easiest car buying experience I ever had. More
I should of listened to the earlier reviewers, as they were right! This place is a joke. They scam you buy saying they deal with people with credit problems but once you get there, it's a different stor were right! This place is a joke. They scam you buy saying they deal with people with credit problems but once you get there, it's a different story. The vehicles are in poor condition with many dents, rust, scratches, etc. and are way OVERPRICED! The salesman, Tom, we dealt with was a jerk and I wouldn't do business with him if he were giving vehicles away. Please do not waste your time by stopping at this dealership. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! I have no idea how this place stays in business with the staff and horrible vehicles they have!!!! More
I bought 2001 Plymouth Neon that had 98000 miles and was in perfect body condition for my wife before if was to leave for deployment. Exactly a month lately the transmission blew on the car. This dealership in perfect body condition for my wife before if was to leave for deployment. Exactly a month lately the transmission blew on the car. This dealership said they would trade us for a different car and show us some diffent ones to choose from. They only showed us one. A 2002 Dodge Stratus with 132000 miles lots scraps and scratches in the paint and the drivers door didn't line up right, the cruise control wouldn't stay engaged and the interior stunk like dog. This car was a major step down from the original one we bought and exactly a week after getting this car, the engine starting smoking and the ac pump clutch and bearing went out and god knows what else is wrong with it. It has also had a rough idle since day one. I'm still waiting to hear from the dealership to see what will be done about this but I don't get to talk to them I will be telling them I just want my money back. The sales staff were friendly and they tried to help a very bad situation but I don't trust the cars anymore. More
I stopped in to the "lot" on Friday 2/11/2011 late afternoon. I "talked" to your "sales man" an older gentelman grayish hair. Just to let you know he was VER VERY RUDE!! I would NEVER EVER CONSI late afternoon. I "talked" to your "sales man" an older gentelman grayish hair. Just to let you know he was VER VERY RUDE!! I would NEVER EVER CONSIDER BUYING ANY VECHICLE FROM A JACK xxx LIKE HIM. ALL of the van horn dealer ships have a BAD reputation in the sheboygan area. $6,000 for a van with a rusted out tail gate. GET REAL it would cost at least $1,000 to fix every thing thayt was broken, not working or just PLAIN RUSTED OUT. wITH SALES PERSONNEL like that you WON'T be around for long. GOOD LUCK TO THE JACK xxx DEALER SHIP. More
