I didn't have a clear idea of what I had a wonderful experience with Van Horn Budget Auto. The salesman Douglas was beyond helpful and accommodating. I didn't have a clear idea of what I was looking for, but had a pretty strict budget. He worked very hard to help me find a car that suited all my needs. I was also very appreciative of the honesty of this dealership. There was one vehicle I was interested in and possibly planning to purchase, but they did a thorough safety inspection and found things that might have presented larger problems down the road and decided it was best to not sell that vehicle. That said a lot to me that they were willing to consider quality and reliability rather than just make a sale. I also had some unusual circumstances due to living out of state and Douglas was amazing at keeping the communication going through the entire process. Would definitely recommend and will likely be back for future purchases! More
