I arrived at the Dealership after my drive from Wickenburg to see that Jason was back at work and the service from Bruce was the same great service that I always receive. I had to find a technical service bulletin to give to them related to the vehicle because they were not up to speed. Now a week later and I still have the same vehicle problem. I will not go back there. More

John Hale in Service is your man! I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the service and attention that John Hale provides. He always is on top of what my Volt may need, and I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the service and attention that John Hale provides. He always is on top of what my Volt may need, and if I do have a problem it is taken car of in a timely manner. He is always polite and professional. Laurie has also been a great resource to contact in terms of scheduling appointments, or directing me towards information about my warranty. I am waiting to hear back from another employee (Leigh) regarding extended warranty specifics, but I am sure she will follow up, as she assured me on the phone. More
