They Get the Job Done I brought in my Express van to resolve a couple of issues. A particularly perplexing problem is that the right rear brake light is inoperable when th I brought in my Express van to resolve a couple of issues. A particularly perplexing problem is that the right rear brake light is inoperable when the headlamps are off. This mystery took a great deal of effort to track down. Finally, it was determined that a new tail lamp harness is needed and was put on order. I appreciate the determination it took to solve this problem! Once again, Jacob Toczek and Technician T. Butters saved the day! More

Service advisor AJ just tries to sell everything and anything wether you need it or not. I spoke to assistant MGR Clint. I told him experiences like this is what gives dealerships a bad name. Clint just ripped me a NEW HOLE, said he didn't care if I was happy & he didn't need my business. I made many calls to the guy above Clint, to GM MATT they will not call me back. I went up there ask to speak to Matt, I was taken to an Office and told that Matt would be right in. A sales guy Scott I think came in said Matt would be right, he just needed to get some information. Back and forth and on & on I never met Matt was told he would call me the next day. They gave me a $100. Visa card. Matt hasn't called not one issue has been resolved ... May 30, 2019 I finally got to meet Matt GM for VAN CHEVROLET in Scottsdale Arizona. There should have never been all the drama and headaches that I experienced with the service department at VAN CHEVROLET and I never got an apology from the Service Dept. Assistant MGR CLINT, he should lose his job!! But after I was finally able to Meet MAT CERRETA I was absolutely blown away by Matt’s professionalism, curtsy, eager to make sure that I was taken care of and to make sure I was happy. Matt is very polite, easy to talk too and set my mind at ease as soon has he shook my hand. Matt went above and beyond my expectations! As far as I can tell my vehicle is in tip top running condition and I don’t think it has ever been cleaner than it is today. Mat had it DETAILED for me!! I am not saying that all the problems I had with the service department are forgotten, because they should have never happened!! With that said I can not say enough good things about MATT CERRETA, because of MATT I will continue to do business with VAN CHEVROLET!! Matt is a flat out awesome guy at the top of his game! More

Awful service I tried to order a part online from them that was $25. I gave them my VIN and they told me that was the incorrect part. I figured they knew what they were talking about so I ordered it. We received the part after two weeks and realized it did not fit our vehicle. They agreed to take the part back, but did not help with shipping. I ended up paying $115 shipping both ways for an incorrect part that they told me to order. What a joke. More

Check Engine Light We stopped in at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale when the Check Engine Light came on while on a work trip. Some sensor had gone faulty and was covered un We stopped in at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale when the Check Engine Light came on while on a work trip. Some sensor had gone faulty and was covered under the Diesel Powertrain Warranty. Upon attempting to leave, the truck decided to have another faulty sensor. That part was ordered and installed the following day while we waited. The service advisor, Cori, handled everything professionally and promptly. More
