Split my windshield - Will not fix it I brought my car in for a warranty recall. I had a crack in my windshield, they managed to split it completely, then recommend that I use their glass I brought my car in for a warranty recall. I had a crack in my windshield, they managed to split it completely, then recommend that I use their glass company on-site to have it repaired. That's a nice racket you have there. I had to file a complaint with the attorney generals office due to the service managers response. They claim it was beyond their control. How about anyone with any bit of common sense knows not to wash a vehicle in hot weather when a window is cracked. They didn't wash it the first time I took it in so there was no reason for me to think that they were going to wash it this time. Shady! UPDATE: I had filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in which the dealership responded too with lies. Their controller said that my car was not washed while it was there. They did most definitely wash my car and I have witnesses and proof. More
