Left a review 1st day but after 9 days not getting my car this dealer dropped the ball. No communication at all unless we called. Wyatt and Kay were not honest , called us rude and aggressive people from the this dealer dropped the ball. No communication at all unless we called. Also said Kay was in tears after we left and that’s why he stepped into the deal. Another lie. He had to approve final numbers. Total lie. Car needed door touched up took 9 days. Promised sooner. Was told by Kay on Thursday when we called just came out of body shop needs detailing but paint needs to dry. Friday am told by Wyatt never went into body shop wasn’t cleared. Will be ready Tuesday. Go to pickup on Tuesday windshield has 2 Knicks in it . Wyatt tells us we should just take our old car back. Icing on the cake our old car was posted on Van Chevy site with pictures taken from our home with our plates. And then to say we’re rude and aggressive people. Not the way to treat customers. More
