Salesman Cameron Loomer is uncommunicative and irresponsible. This dealership somehow lost the second key to the new car I purchased. First I’m told it would be shipped to my address, then I was t irresponsible. This dealership somehow lost the second key to the new car I purchased. First I’m told it would be shipped to my address, then I was told they would send a key guy, and no response. They don’t care to partake in my problem. Shady tactics are used here like withholding your car keys so you feel trapped into making a deal. The finance department can’t take no for an answer after declining their platinum coverage multiple times. Despite all this the new car is nice. I’m very disappointed with the service provided back and forth text messages nothing done about it. More
