While waiting for my car service to be completed Kitty Van Bortel appeared. She greeted each customer in the waiting area/showroom, wished everyone a Happy Holiday, and gave each of us a wonderful spiral Van Bortel appeared. By far the best dealership I’ve purchased a vehicle from! I’m very picky and quite frankly not easy to deal with when shopping for vehicles. I took our Subaru for an Air Bag recall. Since I live an hour away I had requested at the time I made the apt two weeks prior to assure that a rental vehicle be available. No one called me that morning to inform me and suggest that I reschedule. I wasted two hours and gas. This was my first visit to the Victor location and it will be my last. I had planned to have them quote me for new shocks and struts but will now take my business elsewhere. Love my Outback but will not purchase a new one there. More
