If I need a New York State Inspection I know a whole year in advance and plan for it as responsible people should. I have also used their EXPRESS SERVICE without an appointment for simple services such as an inspection and oil changes and I LOVE IT!!!! To Mr 1 Star Negativity you should know they and all other dealers offer EXPRESS SERVICE quit being ENTITLED AND RUDE please be respectful!!!! More

Initial purchase experience was fantastic! THEN THE UGLY TRUTH about this dealership reared its' ugly head! Called to make a NYS Inspection for my cash-purchased, brand-new, 2022 Subaru Fore THEN THE UGLY TRUTH about this dealership reared its' ugly head! Called to make a NYS Inspection for my cash-purchased, brand-new, 2022 Subaru Forester with only 6,900 current mileage. First off, no express service, even though they advertise it. RUDE AND UNCARING scheduler. NO OFFER OF A LOANER, EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISE ONE AT VEHICLE PURCHASE. Two weeks minimum to get vehicle in to their service department, and only if I drop it off early in morning and pick it up in late evening... for a simple NYS Inspection on a new vehicle! One full month wait for service in which I could wait in waiting-room while service performed. Seriously? I (finally) spoke with Kitty VanBortel after numerous attempts by me to speak with a REAL PERSON about this ridiculous situation. (The dealership loves to send you to voice-mails, even after asking to speak with a real person). KITTY VAN BORTEL was more concerned about a negative review from me than she was about actually helping ! I ended up taking my new Subaru down the road to another dealership and getting it inspected. It took 45 minutes total for a walk-in without an appointment. Now THAT is service! More

Everyone was great! Service when expected, my service provider Ray Fiore, was efficient and professional. Loaner vehicle was nice as was Jeff, the man I returned it to. Brandy Miller, the cashier, was friendly and went over every item when I asked. All showed a commitment to customer service and I was very happy!… Until I stopped for a cup of coffee on my way out and a service employee blocked the coffee area. He filled his thermos, slowly added several sugars and creamers, stirred slowly and thoroughly all while I waited for him to move. I waited patiently, trying to focus on all the great customer service I had just experienced. I mentioned to him that I thought the coffee was very good here. He replied, “well you must be used to pretty bad coffee”. In spite of Kitty’s best efforts to train her staff, there is always someone who doesn’t get it. I hope he cares about my car more than he does me as a customer. He’s probably an outstanding mechanic. In spite of that experience I’m still giving 5 stars overall because of everything else. I always recommend you to my friends. More
