Even when we hit a snag she reassured me that it would get worked out and never pressured me into making any fast decisions. I visited other dealerships too but I came back to Van Bortel because I felt it was a much easier and low pressure process. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly, both at Victor and Henrietta.
