I was not sure whether to downsize into a Crosstrek or stay with the Forester. Nate was very patient in showing the differences and similarities. Once I decided, he worked through the various options to finance or lease the car. Working with Michael as far as the paperwork was great. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. At the delivery, Chris was there to help me learn all the new equipment on the Forester. In all, a great experience.
