They were impressive, and I was pleased that they had CD players as it is a feature less available on new cars, unfortunately. Not feeling certain about either being the right choice for me, I thanked him for his time. In September a hatchback which caught my eye on their website and I still had Dan Happ’s business card so I sent him an e-mail, hoping to return and see him at Van Bortel Ford. He replied and I went in the next day. It is such an inviting atmosphere with staff who are smiling and even will bring beverages from the coffee bar to customers! I was really hopeful about the possibility of this becoming a purchase opportunity for me. Dan greeted me and gave me the key to take the hatchback out. I returned and promptly said with enthusiasm that it’s the right car for me so he wrote up a purchase agreement, with no deposit because they don’t take one. To pick up my new vehicle, Dan’s follow through even included: A ride to the dealership Explanation of all of paperwork Putting the new plates on himself Review of auto interior, which made me feel confident as new owner. 🚙 Dan Happ is pleasant, personable & professional, knowledable and helpful. From the point he put me on the list for the Bullitt back in the fall of 2017 to the day he called me for the order on A Steve Miller was awesome!!! From the point he put me on the list for the Bullitt back in the fall of 2017 to the day he called me for the order on April 10, 2018 and the delivery on August 29, 2018 and every point in between he kept informed. Also after the sale there was adjustment made to the destination charge that ford had increased front time I ordered the car. A check was sent to me for the difference.
