He knows how patient my wife and I are in waiting for just the right vehicle and he has very patient, helpful and understanding about our wants. He even was helpful in suggesting that maybe leather seats would be more protective if spillage of food (ie: ice cream, etc) would be accidentally dropped on the seat by our grand daughter. We were not a fan of leather seats. But when we saw the vehicle and the mileage, condition of vehicle, etc. we were really impressed.
