Upon arrival, the vehicle had a little dirt on it from the previous dealership. I was super upset at first. However, they cleaned it up and made it right. The next day, I noticed some minor scrapes behind the tire panels that possibly came from the previous dealership. Not only did they replace the panels, but they gave me peace of mind. Even though this state does not have a courtesy law for damage found after the sell, the staff went out of their way to make it right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Finally Got a Truck! I went in looking to trade my car in for a used truck. Maria was very helpful and worked really hard to get me into a truck, I was about $4,000 upside I went in looking to trade my car in for a used truck. Maria was very helpful and worked really hard to get me into a truck, I was about $4,000 upside down with my car and she was having trouble finding a bank that would lend the money to me because the biggest loan I have every had was about $14,000 however she did manage to find one and a truck for me that just happen to be a brand new 2016 Ford F-150. The biggest purchase of my life! I am very happy with the truck! The only thing I was not very happy with was about a week after my purchase I found out I could have gotten about $4,000 off my new truck for my employer discount. I call them up and asked about that and they were not able to help. Very frustrating!!! What I was told that the deal was already done and that would be like if they came to my store with a coupon for the milk they just bought and wanted refunded the difference I would not do it, well that is inaccurate! I would defiantly take care of my customer ESPECIALLY IF IT WAS A $45,000 PURCHASE! If you truly care about your customers you will do whatever you can to make it right! I do it daily! I care about saving my customers money so should you. So if your going to buy a vehicle make sure you ask your employer about any discounts you may qualify for otherwise you will NOT receive them!
