I had my 2013 Nissan Altima (purchased new from Valley Nissan) in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting, I saw Tabatha and thought I would ask her a few questions. I was planning to get an SUV at the end of the summer before we headed out for our family vacation. Even though I had explained that I would not be making a purchase today, Tabatha was happy to answer all of my questions and still provided me with excellent service. She took my needs in to account and showed me the different features in comparable vehicles. I never felt pushed to close the deal in any way. I returned to the dealership that Saturday to show my husband my favorites. Tabatha included my husband and didn't make him feel as though he was coming in late in the game. She made every effort to make us happy and put us in the right vehicle for our family. I commend her for being a straight shooter and upfront about the sales process. We ended up leaving the dealership in a "new-to-us" 2011 Honda Pilot. I must say that we couldn't be happier!
