My family was traveling south on I-81 when our 2006 Honda Odyssey had a major mechanical issue an we were forced to pull off the highway and limp into Valley Honda. The service representative, Matt Miller, was extremely helpful and even provided us with a loaner car even though we were over 100 miles from home and just starting a three day trip to Lynchburg, VA. We brought the loaner car back two days later and pulled into Valley Nissan to look at the Nissan Rogue in addition to the Honda CRV. Tabatha Hummel was the perfect salesperson,focusing on my wife (the primary driver) and also going across the highway to Valley Nissan to get aHonda CRV to compare. We choose the Nissan, and I cannot say enough about the high quality customer service offered by both dealerships. The combination of outstanding service and sales staff by these two dealership is not an accident. I highly recommend dealing with either. More

Honest, straightforward, friendly and knowledgeable. I met Kelly yesterday and was immediately struck by her intelligence and impressive appearance. I had made the appointment for 12:45 and when I arriv I met Kelly yesterday and was immediately struck by her intelligence and impressive appearance. I had made the appointment for 12:45 and when I arrived at 12:30, the car was ready and waiting for my test drive. It was raining hard and Kelly suggested that we drive under a covered driveway in another dealership so that I could inspect the outside and engine of the car. When we returned, Kelly gave me all the information necessary for a thorough knowledge of the car. Mr. Holsapple was very nice and helpful (and patient) as well and the atmosphere was friendly and bright, despite undergoing renovation. All-in-all, a decidedly pleasant and refreshing experience.
