Wow is the first word that pops into my mind and it isn’t a good wow. I went into the dealership this evening to assist my mom with some customer service issues she’s been experiencing and I never thought an a good wow. I went into the dealership this evening to assist my mom with some customer service issues she’s been experiencing and I never thought any company with “such good service” would act the way the manager did tonight. When a GENERAL SALES MANAGER doesn’t take responsibility for his salespeople someone else should be manager or they should rethink the whole set-up all together. Chris Pannell, the manager, did not take responsibility for the issues his salesperson, Braxton Yeago, caused and just kept repeating “I don’t know what he said” and “I’m not responsible for Braxton”. Ummmm, isn’t that what a manager is for? I knew that the Valley dealerships, sorry “CMA’s Valley” were shady but I honestly thought they were better than this. If you’re smart just stay away, even if you have to drive a little ways it will be worth it. And it’s really sad that a manager has to “buck up” to a woman, dude, you should be better than that. No, I didn’t buy a car myself but the way I was talked to was sad, a manager needs to learn to take responsibility or find someone who can😒 More
I have been very pleased with the performance and mileage of our Nissan Sentra. We just had it serviced and first inspection done. Their waiting area is outstanding. Positive Experience: Buy from Tyler N It's very uncommon that I leave a review for any place, however, I am so impressed with the positive experience I had at Valley Nissan (specifically w It's very uncommon that I leave a review for any place, however, I am so impressed with the positive experience I had at Valley Nissan (specifically with Tyler N) that I would be doing Tyler, and others, an injustice if I didn't let anyone know just how special of an employee Tyler is! Tyler was very patient with me throughout the entire car buying experience. He was able to answer any/all of the questions I had and even picked up some cars (from other "sister stores") so I could test drive them as well. He patience was secondly only to level of friendless (and calmness) which he brought to the overall experience. My only critique was that it took almost an hour-and-a-half to meet with the Finance Department/go back to get all of the paperwork signed (however when I was finally called back to complete the paperwork the employee with whom I worked with was just as friendly and knowledgeable and Tyler...and the process only took about 10-15 minutes to complete). Overall the entire car buying experience was a very positive one and I would certainly purchase another car from Tyler (and valley Nissan) again. More
