Everything was done within the time that I was told it would be done. One exception was the car washing that normally is done with my 10,000 mile service...it was far too cold to safely was any car that would be done. I attempted to drop the car off early in the morning, as I was attempting to fill out the drop off form, Ms Sylvia saw when the car hit 10,000 miles.
