REPAINTING OF MY PACIFICA HOOD When I showed the serviceman my problem with the hood of my car, he immediately said, "Bring it in, we'll take care of it." That was nice. Multiple problems with my brand new Compass. I was finally able to bring my Jeep in on 7/7/18 to replace the radio in my car after having multiple problems with it. The radio was on backorder for I was finally able to bring my Jeep in on 7/7/18 to replace the radio in my car after having multiple problems with it. The radio was on backorder for over 4 months. The whole time it was on backorder the radio kept blasting music at full volume randomly; once the radio even turned on while the car had been turned off for about 3 hours. Forward to 7/7/28, I took my car in for the radio and an additional problem of not being able to pump gas. They replaced the radio and had to replace the intake for the fuel because it was cracked. Once I was on the way home from the dealership the radio started to make a buzzing sound when I was playing music via aux cable. I changed to SXM radio and it continued to buzz. So I turned the car around to head back to the dealership. Of corse I was frustrated with having a new issue with the new radio that was just put in my car. While first putting in the radio I was told by the service rep that they would have to order a new radio because the back up camera and a few other features were not working. A few seconds after that they said they were able to get the radio working. So when I took it back in I thought I would at least get a little sympathy from the rep that just previously helped me just a half hour before. Once they fixed the new issue (that they said was the antenna) I complained about all the problems I am currently having with a car that is just 5 months old. A car that I couldn't use all the features in because of the radio problems. He then told me that other people have problems with their cars all the time. I asked if there was any way they could rectify the situation, a new car should not have so many problems so early into the ownership of a new vehicle. He looked at me and said that I have to call customer service because they deal with that and its out of the hands of the dealership. I of corse was frustrated and said that there should be something you can do. In a loud and rude tone the rep asked me what I wanted because there is nothing they can do. I said there must be something they could do, I spent hours on the phone trying to get the radio in earlier than estimated time of arrival. I asked could they at least call Chrysler, I told him that Chrysler customer service informed me that I would have to talk to the dealership since I was having additional problems with my car. The rep just kept asking me what they could do, I told him a few different tings they could do, every time I suggested something he kept blurting out. "You signed a contract and since you did there is nothing I can do here." He was rude and kept saying it over and over even when I told him that customer service told me to take it up with the dealership. All he wanted to do is get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. The rep had no sympathy or the slightest bit of concern for me as a customer. I understand that no company is expected to do what the customer wants in every situation. But when I go and buy a 30,000 dollar car, and that said car does not work properly for almost 5 months. I think I should be able to go to the dealership and have a representative that is attentive to a customer's situation. I will never buy a car from this dealership or company again. If you want to buy a car from a dealership that cares about its customers or even a brand that values customers do not go to this dealership. Do not make the mistake of going into this dealership or even this company. All they care about it selling subpar cars to customers and offering little to no real customer satisfaction. More
Keep away your brand-new car from this dealer!!!! They cannot detect and fix any issue you have. Instead, they cause more problems, and they ruin new car by carwash and oil change. They are unprofessional and unreceptive to customers. Only after once car wash with them, my car got scratches everywhere, and they return my car with radio crazy loud. My car is under 5,000 miles and has issue with break. They refuse to admit the issue and to replace it even within the warranty! I pointed out the problem and they revenge me by hurt my steering wheel and scratch my car again! Keep away from them! More
Horrible service experience Probably the worst experience I have had with a dealership service department.took our car in to get 4 recalls done ,they did 3 of them and one of tho Probably the worst experience I have had with a dealership service department.took our car in to get 4 recalls done ,they did 3 of them and one of those wasn’t done correctly.the 4th one they claimed they couldn’t do it because they couldn’t get to the area to do the recall because the radiator was bent (their first excuse).they didn’t notify us that it needed fixed or that they could fix it.8 days later driving in heavy traffic on the freeway while my wife was driving the car shut down and completely lost power.had it towed to dealership to find out that the timing chain was broken and now the engine was gone due to that.the timing chain was the recall they didn’t do.the first time they had the car they never told us they could fix the radiator but came to find out that that wasn’t even the issue.it was some type of cross memeber.initially they said because of the recall not being done it would be fixed.i authorizes them to fix the cross member and do the repairs needed that were caused by them not doing it the first time. Two days later the service advisor (son of the owner of the dealership btw) calls me and says that Chrysler will not cover the repair and proceeded to raise his voice and try to make it seem as though we did something wrong and that we declined the repair(total lie).my insurance company that was paying for the cross memeber contacted them and the dealership proceeded to tell them we declined the service the first time(another lie).when I asked for a higher supervisor including the district manager that apparently made the decision I was told “that’s not the way it works and I’m not giving you any information “. I called Chrysler customer service.they read the notes put in the system by the service department to me and it was filled with inaccurate information and complete lies. I asked Chrysler for contact information and they informed me that they would contact the district manager and see if he was “willing” to talk to me.unbelievable. At this point we are filing complaints with the Ohio attorney general,BBB and are getting our lawyer involved. Have 3 other dodge Chrysler products that will be being sold or traded in and will never purchase dodge or Chrysler or any of those lines again and tell everyone I know about this experience. Don’t ever have a problem because the dealership will lie and fabricate to cover themselves and you will never be able to get to anyone of authority to discuss a major problem More
