I had a vibration in the driveline and I took it to a dealer in mentor and was told the could not help because they were backed up on service and could not get me a rental. I call Valley where I purchase dealer in mentor and was told the could not help because they were backed up on service and could not get me a rental. I call Valley where I purchased the truck and they said bring it in. I drove 35 min and they were waiting for me with a a smile and a rental all set up for me with no delays. Not many true customer service driven dealers out there anymore. A+ More

I really appreciate the convenience of being able to just drive up to the service area to get an oil change and other standard, quick maintenance services without an appointment. This past visit I was met with VERY kind, well-spoken, attentive personnel. I even witnessed a service provider deescalate a customer who was upset about her service (who hasn’t been before?). He came down to eye-level, maintained a non-aggressive tone and allowed her to speak her piece. Extremely professional! Keep it up, y’all!! I appreciate it!!!! More
