We recently purchased our new Jeep through Falls. Art was very helpful and knowledgeable while negotiating and finalizing the sale. When we picked up the Jeep, we noticed a small "dimple" in the hood an was very helpful and knowledgeable while negotiating and finalizing the sale. When we picked up the Jeep, we noticed a small "dimple" in the hood and Art encouraged us to bring it back in. Although the repair was minor, Joe in service was thorough, thoughtful, and offered us our options as well as his own professional suggestions which was appreciated. My Jeep looks beautiful now! I went to Falls Motor City last year to look at the used Dodge Dakotas. I wanted to make sure a Dakota was "right" for me. I arrived and was greeted by John Gorny. He was immediately very friendly. knowledgeable and helpful. He had the Dakota already pulled up in an open area ready for my viewing. I asked him to give me some time alone to look over the vehicle , which he did. I noticed that during my viewing time John would occasionally look out the window to check on my progress but at no time did he come out to "bother" me like some other vultures ( I mean salesmen) do. Once I was done I went inside the dealership and talked with Mr. Gorny. He suggested that I take the vehicle for a test drive. I did and realized that I had found a "Gem" in both the Dakota and also in the Salesman, John Gorny. After some very serious negotiations I left the dealership realizing my final offer on the vehicle was too low and I could not afford to buy the vehicle.To my surprise, about half way home to Cleveland Mr. Gorny called and announced that he kept on "Mr Pit Boss", (my definition of head salesman), about the last offer and finally got Pit Boss to accept the deal. I doubled back and made the deal. I picked up the vehice one week later. Everything went perfectly. Paperwork was all done waiting for a signature. Truck was fully detailed with a FULL tank of gas. Since then Mr. Gorny has called to make sure everything was O.K. with the vehicle as well as my Falls experience. I now realize that not only is John Gorny a great salesman ,I now consider him a great FRIEND. John I'LL BE BACK!!!!! Dan Cengic More

We arrived at the dealership just to check out the new Town and Country and to think about trading in our old faithful Grand Caravan.
