I called into Falls Motor today to see about getting a specific car I found on the website. Called in and spoke with Scott for a few minutes. I then received a call from Bobby about 30 minutes later. I spoke with him, told him what we wanted, how much we wanted to put down and what we wanted to pay a month. He got the info he needed and called me back about 30-45 minutes later with great news. We visited the dealership later on today and we left in the car we wanted. The process only took about 45 minutes and we got everything at the price we wanted. We were in and out in no time which was really nice. I will definitely recommend Falls Motor City to all my friends and family. Bobby and Scott were very friendly and helpful with everything. I feel great about the whole situtation and I'm very satisfied. Thank you all for everything!! :o) More

Paul is professional and customer friendly, he took the time to research our needs Paul made us feel like we were his only customers,with the time he took with us. I was impressed with how he kept foll time to research our needs Paul made us feel like we were his only customers,with the time he took with us. I was impressed with how he kept following up with us telling us what was on the lot and he stayed within our price range. After selecting a car and coming in to sign papers we thought that was going to be slow moving but even that went smooth we were in and out of the dealership in no time! I will be looking for a new car in the near future and I can say for sure I will be calling on Paul again. If I know of anyone that is in the market for a car I will definitely recommend you! I worked with Scott Jacobs on a purchase of a 2012 Jeep Liberty, He was very helpful by letting me and my wife test drive 2 Liberty's and a Dodge Nitro. Both experiences were pleasant and I know we were treated well. Far and above the Klaben experience we had in 1995 which was dreadful. The car show tickets and Falls Motor City caps were a nice jesture. More

He really helped me out greatly with financing and all the technicalities of owning my new Jeep Compass. Our experience working with Greg was really great. This was our first time buying a car out of State, sight unseen. Greg helped us find a reliable outfit that was prompt and efficient. He guided us through the entire experience. He stayed on top of our purchase from the point of initial contact through delivery.
