I have purchased dozens of vehicles over the years, and this is the first time I have ever had a positive experience with a dealer. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else, nor will my 6 kids, 4 of this is the first time I have ever had a positive experience with a dealer. I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else, nor will my 6 kids, 4 of whom drive with 2 more coming soon (14 and 12). Most dealers are aggressive vultures and are constantly trying to push sales on you. Here, after my initial contact, it was so much the opposite that I wondered if they had lost interest. I kept being prevented from showing up due to work, so I finally decided to just buy over the phone, since I knew I wanted the vehicle, had driven this type before, and there was 0 chance any test drive would change my mind. They made it so easy for me that by the time I showed up it could have been a 15-minute handover, except that I myself kept talking. I asked them not to shotgun my credit inquiries and they respected that, the first dealer who ever did. Gary in sales was amazing, kind, helpful, not pushy, and patiently answered all my questions. After I had already committed and put down a large deposit, I requested an accessory. Gary checked around and found it after quoting me the price. After I told him I wanted it, and with no way to back out of the deal without losing a large deposit, for no reason whatsoever, he gave me a discount on what I had already agreed to buy at the higher price. I was stunned. Most dealers would have doubled the price once they had me committed. I asked him why, and he just said he wanted to save me a few bucks. Then, Ben in finance was the first in that role who did not try to sell me everything and the proverbial kitchen sink. He talked through whether any option made sense for me and had already pre-declined several that made no sense to buy given my situation, passing on some profit, to save me time and money. He answered all my questions and actually complied with a weird OCD request I had made to get my payment to be exactly a certain dollar amount, playing with options and deposit amounts til he got it to the penny, even after I waved it off and told him not to trouble himself over it and that I'd live. I was honestly quite shocked and pleasantly surprised. Where have these guys been all my life vs. the vultures that want to pick your bones clean and rip you off for ever dime they can? As I said, neither I nor my kids (to the extent I can help it) wil ever buy anywhere else. While some of those other crooks could have milked a couple thousand extra out of me, these folks did it right and will benefit from years of repeat business. It doesn't even make business sense for other dealers to treat people the way they all do. Thank you, everyone at Valley Motor City, for an amazing experience that I'll never forget. More

Regarding the service performed on May 7, 2025, involving the installation of four new tires on my Ram, the experience was unsatisfactory. I cannot give a perfect score in any survey because the service was the installation of four new tires on my Ram, the experience was unsatisfactory. I cannot give a perfect score in any survey because the service was not perfect. The tires were initially installed incorrectly, with the inside of the tires mounted on the outside. This posed a safety hazard to my family and me, increasing the risk of hydroplaning in wet conditions. I had to return on May 9, 2025, to have the tires remounted correctly according to the manufacturer's guidelines. I inquired about the instant rebate on May 9, 2025, and was told I would receive an answer on May 10, 2025. Despite sending an email on May 10, 2025, I received no response. My expectations were not met. Today, May 12, 2025, around 3:30 p.m., I called three times, and each call was disconnected after several rings. I then went to the dealership and finally received the promised instant rebate. Everything was completed (which I appreciate), just not as it should have been the first time. More
