The whole car buying experience with Valley Imports was a disaster. Once the sale was completed we were passed between maintenance and sales without answers. We were told we could add autostart to the vehicl disaster. Once the sale was completed we were passed between maintenance and sales without answers. We were told we could add autostart to the vehicle because who is going to buy a new car in ND without autostart. The staff was not educated about issues with new cross sports and wanted to walk away from the issues. At one point we were told to contact Volkswagen ourself because they didnt know how to fix the issue. We would be very hesitant purchasing another care with Valley Imports. More
