I think the dealership is a great place to buy a vehicle. Zach, the first employee I had contact with was professional. He was courteous when we spoke on the phone. In his office he gave me the vehicle history report which actually made me decide to buy the vehicle.. Then, towards the end I wasn't sure the dealership accepted a personal check for payment..But the sales manager did. All told, I think the dealership sold me a good vehicle and gave me a world-class service too! More

Though I’ve only bought two lesser priced, pre-owned vehicles at Valley Imports, both times, I was treated as if I was buying a brand new Mercedes! I love my new (to me) Tiguan and have great confidence in it, because I have confidence in Valley Imports. Gordy Brustead was my first introduction to Valley Imports, he set the standard and , the reason I went back. Gordy has since retired, but Valley Imports continues in his manner of customer service.
