You know you can tell that you’re in good hands when the place is not only knowledgeable, but actually care about you!! They made me feel special and they made me feel that my needs were top priority. I was extremely extremely impressed with how easy and quick they did the service for me. I didn’t even have to leave my own home!! They picked up my car from my house to the dealership fixed their mistake and brought my car back to my house same day. They called and texted me updates through your the entire process. Now that’s convince. They care about my time and helping me save money and put me at ease. They gave me the peace of mind that I needed when other Honda dealerships made me feel unimportant and uncomfortable and mostly upset. Here they acknowledge your needs and go above and BEYOND expectations. If your Honda dealership doesn’t give you the experience that I’ve had, then you need to come to this Honda dealership. We had our first great car buying experience at this dealership 10 years ago. We purchased the extended warranty on our '08 Accord with the promise that if we didn't use it within 8 years, they would return the full cost of the warranty. The car was so well-built that we never needed to do anything other than routine maintenance for those 8 years. They honored their promise, without question, and wrote us a check for $1,500 at the end of 8 years. The service at this dealership is outstanding. I never needed to make an appointment for my car. Anytime I needed the car serviced I just pulled up and they would find a way to get the work done in a timely fashion. The waiting area is clean, comfortable with free WiFi, coffee and tea. Several TVs and available computers to occupy your wait or your children if needed. If I needed a loaner they provided the best one for my needs. Here is the icing on the cake: In year 10 of ownership, I finally had my first problem with my '08 Accord, the piston rings went bad and my car began to misfire. My car was no longer under warranty, remember they wrote us a check for $1,500 2 years prior, yet they offered to do a "good-will" fix. Valley Honda did an extensive repair of the car for a dramatically reduced rate. My '08 Accord was as good as new. It was at this point that I knew I would buy another car from Valley Honda, and so we did. We just purchased our second Accord. We had another great buying experience and look forward to another 10 years of great service from Valley Honda. More
Great service! I had bought the used 2007 Honda Odyssey the night before. In the morning there seemed to be a problem with the sliding side door latch mechanism. Too I had bought the used 2007 Honda Odyssey the night before. In the morning there seemed to be a problem with the sliding side door latch mechanism. Took it in assuming they would just lubricate the bearings or the linkage. As I waited in the waiting area they inspected it. 1/2 hour later, German, the service consultant informed me that the technician found that the rollers were worn. Consulting with the service manager they decided to replace the rollers on both sliding doors, free of charge! I certainly was not expecting that. A used car is normally "as is", but here they stepped up, which they didn't have to, and took on the cost of the repair. Thank you very much from me and my wallet! More

After driving the car a few times, I had trouble setting up my android phone and had some other questions. I went to Valley Honda, my local dealership, and asked if someone could help me. I spoke with Ken Negley, Sales Consultant. Ken was fantastic! He Was very personable and went above and beyond taking his time with me deleting info that was left in the car's system, resetting features, setting up my phone and going over features of the car. He even suggested going for a ride to demonstrate features and adjust navigation features! He explained that this is what they would have done had the car been bought at Valley Honda. After service like this, I will be bringing the car to Valley Honda for service needs. Thank you! More

Enough about the vehicle, let's talk about the personal service. We have always had great customer service. From the sales person, parts department, cashiers, service department and the people that take care of the coffee bar. Always a smile and asking "what else" can we do for you. Our latest experience was with Dave Kemp. Brought my husbands car in for maintenance and ended up trading it in for a 2017 Accord Touring. Dave was a pleasure to work with. Upon delivery of the new vehicle, Dave was very thorough in explaining all the "bells and whistles". Very patient and encouraged us to call him if we had any further questions. Valley Honda knows "customer service". We highly recommended this dealership. More

Just by watching the technicians assist customers, you could tell that they had all their ducks in a row and optimized each step of the service center process. They quickly provided a loaner car for me to use while they installed my protection plan. I was told they generally say 4pm but it could be finished as early as noon. To my pleasant surprise, I was out the door and in my car at 11:15. I guess I was supposed to get some protectant materials to bring home. Since I had already left, the technician called to say they would ship it. Of course I don't want to need to have my car serviced but I would be happy to make the hour drive to go to this service center. More

We were very pleased with the upgrades on the 2017Honda CRV. I asked Marco, the Assistant Service Manager, about getting an appraisal of my 2013 CRV. He was very nice and directed me to the appropriate person. Then I was introduced to Fred Sims, the most friendliest sells person you would ever want to meet. This guy is so patient and thorough, he makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience! It felt like we have known him forever. By the time we left, it was closing time and he wasn't rushing to get home, he took his time with us. He wanted to make sure we understood all of the features of our new car and told us do not hesitate to contact him for a refresher course! We just had a great time! Every one that we came in contact with, were very friendly. He introduced us to Nick Poole, the Sales Manager, who was also very helpful and nice! The finance lady was really nice, I'm sorry I forgot her name. This is why I don't mind driving from Chicago to Aurora for purchasing and servicing my cars. This is my 3rd Honda car! If you take good care of your car, they will not hesitate to give you top dollar for your trade in!! I love Valley Honda! More
