Great Salesperson! Oswaldo was awesome to work with. Let me first say that I came in for service on a recall for my vehicle. So while I was waiting I decided to look at Oswaldo was awesome to work with. Let me first say that I came in for service on a recall for my vehicle. So while I was waiting I decided to look at the SUV's outside with the intention of buying sometime in the future. Oswaldo was outside at the time and asked I needed help which I replied just looking. So in talking to him I ended up taking 3 cars for a test drive. He was very knowledgable about each vehicle explaining all the features. In the end I traded in my vehicle that I came for service and bought the 1st CRV he showed me. Never pushy and very professional. I would highly recommend Oswaldo. Thank again for the great service. More

2 years of great service down the drain. This is not by first bad review for Valley Honda. 2 years ago I was given my Ridgeline back with only 1/2 the breaks put back together. They bent over This is not by first bad review for Valley Honda. 2 years ago I was given my Ridgeline back with only 1/2 the breaks put back together. They bent over backwards to make it up to me. I forgave and moved on. I have used this fine company ever since. So last week I made an 8 am appointment to have roof rails put on my wife's CRV. When I arrived I was told there was a recall on the 2017 CRV. I thought it odd that they did not tell me this when I made the appointment. Oh well. They told me an hour and 1/2 for the rails then another hour and 1/2 for the recall (To replace an electronic card. I said, "Sounds like I'm waiting in line twice even though I made an appointment." No response. Kristina Budner, the woman waiting on me asked what my wife was quoted. (If your a Valley regular you know this is a no no. You look it up.) I new it was $400 something but I was not sure exactly. She wrote $400.00 on the work order. I new it was wrong and did not care if they adjusted it to the quoted price, I'm reasonable, When I said I would wait Kristina offered to shuttle me to my office about a mile away. I took the ride but had a 12:30 appointment this afternoon. Then I waited. After 3 1/2 hours I called them. I was told that the roof rails still needed to be installed by a different gentleman. I told this person to have Kristina call me. Kristina called about 2 minutes later and said the car was complete. I said, "Good thing I called YOU." Then I waited for the shuttle (FYI my left foot is in a cast). I waited 30 minuets. Then I got a call from the driver who said he would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he arrived. He said he was having trouble finding my office despite my giving exacting direction to 2 other people at Honda. "Nobody told me directions." he said. Now remember I'm at Jefferson and Fort Hill. On the way back the driver seemed confused. At one point, he was in the left lane, I said "Don't you want to be on the right?" "No" he said. Then he looked around and suddenly had to cross all 3 lanes on 59 and drive through a parking lot to go back to the Honda Dealership. Guess I was right. But that's not all. When I finally got inside my bill was $514.00. I was told it was tax but, those who are regulars know, at least has been my experience, that the price quoted is the entire price charged, until today anyway. And lastly the comment card they ALWAYS hand you at the end of any transaction with them. I had to ask for it. But at that point I expected no less. I have been a faithful customer even after the brake job fiasco. But maybe something has changed. The only thing different about this experience was that it was no different then any other dealership. I left around 12:50 pm. More
Customer Service and prices are abysmal I had the transmission light go on and took the truck to Valley Honda. I was informed that one of the catalytic converters needed replacing. It had I had the transmission light go on and took the truck to Valley Honda. I was informed that one of the catalytic converters needed replacing. It had to be ordered. They said they would call when it came in but I had to pay for the parts upfront. I reluctantly agreed to do so and waited over a week with no call from them. I called and yes the parts were in and I can bring the vehicle in and they would install them. In the process of installing, now another problem was found, (A cap was leaking) and that had to be replaced. Needless to say, they kept coming back with more to fix. After complaining to the service manager about the additional costs that appeared to be their fault, the price was reduced but they still wanted me to pay for other parts that needed to be ordered. I refused and got out of there as quickly as I could. What a ripoff. I thought based on the reviews, I would get good service. Instead I payed three times as much if I had gone to a local repair shop. Avoid them if you can.... More

I had previously reserved a van and when I got to the dealership I was told that a rental van was not available. Amazingly, after questioning the service rep, he found an available loaner van. I had to call the dealership multiple times regarding the status of the repair only to get my vehicle back with it telling me my oil needs to be changed as well as a B1 code. How this wasn’t noticed while my car was at the dealership is beyond me. I have been a Valley Honda customer since 2006 and I am very disappointed. More
