It was a good experience, but the service person had to order a part for my car. We only have 800 miles on the car and the dash ligts go out and becomes dark. Seems the saleman had heard about this problem asdid the mechanic BUT i was never told. Not a good way to do business..what do you think????? Im retired and cant afford too many mistakes. Another good experience I brought my Pilot in for a minor scheduled service. Kristina explained everything and checked for recalls, which there were none. Great Salesperson! Oswaldo was awesome to work with. Let me first say that I came in for service on a recall for my vehicle. So while I was waiting I decided to look at Oswaldo was awesome to work with. Let me first say that I came in for service on a recall for my vehicle. So while I was waiting I decided to look at the SUV's outside with the intention of buying sometime in the future. Oswaldo was outside at the time and asked I needed help which I replied just looking. So in talking to him I ended up taking 3 cars for a test drive. He was very knowledgable about each vehicle explaining all the features. In the end I traded in my vehicle that I came for service and bought the 1st CRV he showed me.
