Thank you Honda for the expert service given each time we come. Yesterday (Monday) I had a unusual request and was in need of help. Edgar came to me asking my request. He is ALWAYS a huge help. He then cal come. Yesterday (Monday) I had a unusual request and was in need of help. Edgar came to me asking my request. He is ALWAYS a huge help. He then called Lorenzo who worked diligently to help me solve this issue. A small problem that needed a patient and persistent help. Lorenzo fixed the problem. I cannot thank them and the service dept. enough. The service at Honda is the best. We recommend them highly and because the service is excellent I would encourage people to purchase a Honda as we love ours and love the service dept including mechanics. You are the best. It was a good experience, but the service person had to order a part for my car. We only have 800 miles on the car and the dash ligts go out and becomes dark. Seems the saleman had heard about this problem asdid the mechanic BUT i was never told. Not a good way to do business..what do you think????? Im retired and cant afford too many mistakes.
