Sept 12, 2023 I went to service area and was meet with a huge SMILE from Daniel Monjaraz. This was raining all day. I explain to him, My blades were skipping and it was making me very nervous. With the weather today and I my drive home is about 50 mins. He keep that Amazing positive attitude and spoke to me as a person. I explain in great detail about the HONDA Blades and he said we can put news today (right now). He walked me over to the Parts Department. Were I meet another Amazing person Jose Barrera. He went over everything making me account, so when I come in for anything on my car there will be documentation on file about all the work. He explain so much, I just beyond happy being treated like a person, not $$$$$. I just want to these amazing young men. Thank you. This review is for Service Dept: Marco is very knowledgeable, extremely professional and friendly. Marco was great to work with. I took my CR-V in for a recall on the gearbox.
