Hi I just had the pleasure of using the service dept today for my 2025 pilot needed software update . I was very impressed with everyone there including Anthony Bustamante who took care of me . One of the reason I bought from Valley is because of your service dept I did lot of research before buying and not one person had anything bad to say about it only how excellent it was and I found out why every person I had contact with today was so pleasant and the job was even completed eairler then expected After coming from Hyundai service dept for the last 10 years it was a nightmare . Thank you All you will have lifetime customer and I will spread the word to all my friends and family please let Anthony know how great he is and to keep,up the good work . THANK YOU More

I needed maintenance on my son’s Accord and heard that the service department at Valley Honda was great. I was skeptical because none of the dealers around me are rated that high. The service department is honest and upfront on every aspect of what they do. Kevin was friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the service on my car. The wait time for the work on the car was reasonable. For me, it is worth the 40 minute drive to bring my cars to them. More
WENT IN TO GET A DENT REPAIRED ON MY DRIVERSIDE REAR PANEL. DIDNT NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS SERVICE WHICH I WAS COMPLETELY SUPPRISED. IT LITERALLY TOOK 1.5 HOURS TO REPAIR. TOOK THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE PANEL. DIDNT NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS SERVICE WHICH I WAS COMPLETELY SUPPRISED. IT LITERALLY TOOK 1.5 HOURS TO REPAIR. TOOK THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE TO A RESTURANT AND BACK, THE MOMENT I GOT BACK THE CAR WAS READY. CAR WASHED AND PARKED WAITING FOR ME. BEST SERVICE EVER. More

Took my 2024 CR-V in to have the protection service done. Jose Barrera was absolutly awesome!! When I dropped the car off he changed something I asked for at time of purchase that wasn't done and when I p Jose Barrera was absolutly awesome!! When I dropped the car off he changed something I asked for at time of purchase that wasn't done and when I picked up my car he had a note for the cashier to contact him when I came in. He showed me how many of the features for the car worked and told me to come back anytime if I had more questions. Everyone I came into contact with in the service department were very kind and helpful. My salesman didn't go over the features when I purchased the car. More
