Hi I just had the pleasure of using the service dept today for my 2025 pilot needed software update . I was very impressed with everyone there including Anthony Bustamante who took care of me . One of the reason I bought from Valley is because of your service dept I did lot of research before buying and not one person had anything bad to say about it only how excellent it was and I found out why every person I had contact with today was so pleasant and the job was even completed eairler then expected After coming from Hyundai service dept for the last 10 years it was a nightmare . I needed maintenance on my son’s Accord and heard that the service department at Valley Honda was great. I was skeptical because none of the dealers around me are rated that high. The service department is honest and upfront on every aspect of what they do. Kevin was friendly and kept me informed on the progress of the service on my car. The wait time for the work on the car was reasonable. For me, it is worth the 40 minute drive to bring my cars to them. More

WENT IN TO GET A DENT REPAIRED ON MY DRIVERSIDE REAR PANEL. DIDNT NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS SERVICE WHICH I WAS COMPLETELY SUPPRISED. IT LITERALLY TOOK 1.5 HOURS TO REPAIR. TOOK THEIR SHUTTLE SERVICE PANEL. DIDNT NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THIS SERVICE WHICH I WAS COMPLETELY SUPPRISED. IT LITERALLY TOOK 1.5 HOURS TO REPAIR.
