Our sales associate, Nick T, was more than happy to guide us through every step of the process and couldn't have done a better job of making us feel comfortable. Buying a new car is never an easy process, but Nick made us feel at home, offering us refreshments and explaining in clear, direct language what every step means. Valley says that they keep only the best used cars for resale, and I would say that is true in our case. They had a very detailed and comprehensive checklist of additional service and maintenance that they performed in order to prep the car for sale. Our car had new tires, brakes, wipers, and a bunch of other stuff. Valley doesn't haggle price very much, but you are confident that you are getting a really good fully maintenanced car at a decent price. More

She was pleasant at first. But as we started negotiating the price of the add-ons, her mood also started to shift. She started talking down on us like we don't know anything. We may be younger millenials but it doesn't mean we aren't well-informed or aren't deserving of respect. Everything was great except for that part of the buying process. Unfortunately, it left a bitter taste in our mouths. But on the plus side, I did get a great deal out of my GAP insurance from her so it wasn't a total loss. More
